BEFORE USING THE DEEDORGREED.COM WEBSITE (the "Site"), PLEASE READ THESE TERMS RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms periodically. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean that You accept those changes. DeedorGreed.com reserves the right from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof). DeedorGreed.com will not be liable to You or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.
This Site is intended for use by persons who are at least 18 years old. If You are under 18 years old, please do not use this Site. DeedorGreed.com does not knowingly solicit or accept personally identifiable information from users known to be under 18 years of age. By using the Site, You are representing and warranting that you are at least 18 years old. Furthermore, this Site is not directed to children under 13, and DeedorGreed.com does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13. If we discover that we have received personally identifiable information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our servers and records promptly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
DeedorGreed.com allows users to post Content (as defined below) to the Site concerning how to do and/or make certain things. By posting Content on the Site, You warrant and represent that You have all rights necessary to post such Content (and for DeedorGreed.com to exercise the rights granted under Section 5 in such Content), all without the violation of any other person's intellectual property or other rights or of any laws or regulations. You acknowledge that the Site does not have any "digital rights management" or other security technology features to restrict someone who receives Content from copying and redistributing it.
To post Content on the Site, You must first complete the Site registration process. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. You also agree that You will maintain and update such information to maintain its truth, accuracy, and completeness. DeedorGreed.com reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site upon the discovery or belief that the information You provided is not complete or accurate, or for any other reason at DeedorGreed.com's discretion.
As part of the registration process, You will be asked to create a user name and password. You agree to safeguard your user name and password, and You authorize us to accept any use of the Site through your user name and password as being used by You or someone authorized to act for you. For example, as between DeedorGreed.com and You, You are solely responsible and liable for all Content posted to the Site under your name and password.
When you install the Browser Application and enter the URL of a Partner Store's
web site into your browser, the Software is designed to recognize the Partner
Store's website to determine whether there are Cash Back offers and/or coupons
available. If there are Cash Back Rebates and/or coupons available, you will see
an alert on the Browser Application. You will then need to click on the alert to accept any cash-back offers. Our Browser Application and Software are automatically updated
regularly based on communications with our Affiliate Stores identified on our Site.
You may receive periodic updates to the Software that may include updates to our
Affiliate Store database; and/or additions, changes or modifications to the Browser
Application and Software; as well as the addition of other features that may enhance
your shopping experience. We reserve the right to change, add to or discontinue any
portion of our Browser Application and Software and our Affiliate Store database in
any way, solely as a matter of our discretion. Please let us know of any questions,

You retain ownership of your copyrights and your other rights in your Content, subject to the non exclusive rights that You grant as described in these Terms. These Terms do not prevent You from granting similar rights to others during and after the term of these Terms. In consideration of having your work posted on the Site for any period of time, You grant DeedorGreed.com a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free, non exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create derivative works of the Content, in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, to make, have made, import, and sell the Content, and to sublicense all of the foregoing rights (including the right to grant further such sublicenses).

DeedorGreed.com is under no obligation to restrict or monitor Site Content in any way. However, DeedorGreed.com has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to reject or remove any Site Content that is available through the Site, including any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, that infringes or is alleged to infringe intellectual property rights, or for any other reason.

These Terms automatically terminate if You violate any part of them, and after termination You are no longer authorized to access or otherwise use the Site or Site Content. If You are a registered user, we may cancel your account at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that You have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms or violated our rights or those of another party. You agree that we may terminate your access to the Site or cancel your account without prior notice. If your account is canceled, You may no longer have access to material You keep on the Site. The provisions entitled "Errors and Disclaimer of Warranties," "Indemnity," "Limitation of Liability," and "General Provisions" will survive termination of these Terms.
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, merchants or advertisers found on or through the Site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such merchant or advertiser. You waive any claim against DeedorGreed.com for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such merchants or advertisers on the Site.
The Site contains links to other websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that DeedorGreed.com is not responsible or liable for (i) the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources; or (ii) the content, advertising, or products or services on or available from such sites or resources. The inclusion of any link on the Site does not imply that we endorse the linked site. You use the links at Your own risk. The DeedorGreed.com privacy statement is applicable only when You are on the Site. Once You choose to link to another website, You should read that website's privacy statement before disclosing any personal information.
By agreeing to these terms of use, you are automatically enrolled in the Deed or Greed program, which allows you to receive cash or donate an amount equal to the current redemption rate from a qualifying purchase. If you choose the cash option, you may redeem the cash amount from your account via a check from DeedorGreed.com issued approximately 45 says after DeedorGreed.com's receipt of your written request, including a valid name and address, to redeem the cash amount, provided that the then-correct minimum redemption amount (currently USD $20) is met. Address such requests to DeedorGreed.com or email the request to info@deedorgreed.com. If you choose to donate the proceeds, your donation will be submitted to the selected non-profit on a quarterly basis.
Participating merchants are responsible for reporting qualifying purchases (and related returns, refunds and/or coupon use) to us. Participating merchants may not report your purchase to DeedorGreed.com if they determine that your purchase did not qualify for the Greed or Deed Program because you did not comply with these Terms or additional terms disclosed on the participating merchant's site, or if the participating merchant determines that you were not referred to the participating merchant by DeedorGreed.com. We may also disqualify reported purchases based on our own determination that you have not complied with these Terms or the terms disclosed on the participating merchant's site. DeedorGreed.com is not responsible for delays or errors in reporting qualifying purchases by participating merchants.
Qualifying purchases will be updated on your accounts when the qualifying purchases are cleared by the participating merchant, which can take up to approximately 9-13 weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure that we properly post cash back or donation amounts to your account.
DeedorGreed.com is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance or withdrawal of, any participating merchant's participation in the Deed or Greed program, or for any effect on accrual of cash back or donation amounts caused by such changes, discontinuance, or withdrawal. If a participating merchant fails to report a transaction to DeedorGreed.com, or withholds payment to DeedorGreed.com for any reason, DeedorGreed.com reserves the right to cancel the cash back or donation amount associated with that transaction. Cash back awards or donations are subject to adjustments for returns, cancellations, and other events. Such adjustments can be applied to your account at any time by DeedorGreed.com in its sole discretion. Should you disagree with any adjustments made to your account, your sole remedy is to withdraw from the Deed or Greed program.
You will not earn cash back or donation amounts on purchases where (i) your browser is not configured to accept cookies; (ii) you are not logged in to DeedorGreed.com; (iii) the order is later cancelled or the goods or services are later returned; (iv) the participating merchant does not report the purchase to us; or (v) you conduct "sham" transactions or otherwise collude with merchants, make any misrepresentation in connection with your participation in the Deed or Greed program, maintain multiple accounts, or do not otherwise comply with these Terms.
Cash back or donation amounts have no monetary value until the associated purchases are approved and you make a proper redemption request. You may be taxed on your accrual of cash back or donation amounts, depending on the tax laws of federal, state, and local jurisdictions. In all instances, you will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of your accrual or redemption of cash back or donation amounts.
We may close your account if it has been inactive for 12 months (i.e., no qualifying purchases during the prior 12-month period). Accrued but unredeemed cash back or donation amounts in accounts that are closed will be returned to DeedorGreed.com.
DeedorGreed.com reserves the right to terminate the Deed or Greed program at any time without notice.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DeedorGreed.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your use of the Site or the Site Content or your violation of these Terms.
YOU USE THE SITE AND SITE CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE AND SITE CONTENT MAY NOT BE ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE, WORK FOR YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, OR BE SUITABLE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOU. DeedorGreed.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires that the people who use the Site do the same.
